It's Good To Be Saved
Well, let's try something a little different. Since we've somewhat "argued" about Calvinism, Arminianism, and whatever-ism I am, let's share with those who might visit this site what your favorite verse concerning salvation and the security of the believer is. Now, just to be fair, I will not post mine for a day or so. This way it'll give everyone a chance to be first to use a certain verse. So let's go! Don't be shy! Give me your favorite verse!

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Gen 3:15
And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.
I love it how before God pronounces his punishment for sin, He gives his redemptive plan.
1 Peter 1:3-9 ESV
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! I love, love, LOVE the Abrahamic Covenant and what it means to the believer... and the beauty of the foreshadowing in it knocks me to my knees every time.

21But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it-- 22the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: 23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. 26It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
John 10:25-29 says, Jesus answered, "I did tell you, but you do not believe. The miracles I do in my Father's name speak for me, but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.
One of my favorite salvation verses is Isaiah 53:5.
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
